Are you ready to work as **_Sales Support Analyst_** for our business in Vitoria, Spain ?
This role would be responsible to support the account managers and trade marketing team in daily business, supporting on tasks linked to budgeting, admin for business trips, maintaining databases linked to activation and support with procurement of items.
**_You day to day with us:
- **
- Manage shopper campaign development:Detail and manage production process in collaboration with agencies
- Promote marketing equipment to customers: Follow up on actuals vs. AOP
- Change Project: Develop and adjust packaging information and/or design: Communicate requirements for packaging adjustments to design team (internal or external)
- Manage financial processing: Manage end-to-end PO generation and receipts (incl. approvals, approval matrix update and late PO follow-up)
- Manage financial processing: Manage invoicing, incl. handling issues and concerns
- Track actual spending against budget: Reconcile budgets against actual POs raised (e.g., monthly finance reports)
- Develop digital product content: Identify required assets and define need for adaptation per customer
- Manage digital product content: Tag and maintain asset database (Brandbank, PS, Pepsico prod checker, eCI, SEO words, retail specific trade item description perfect page)
- Manage digital product content: Ensure effective data flows from PEP database to retailer database (e.g., SuperUnie Check, PSinFoodservice check)
- Manage digital product content: Align with IT teams on PEP systems and retailer system developments (e.g. globalDAM, globalPIM, enhance localPIM)
- Change Project: Develop and adjust packaging information and/or design: Develop first concept based on requirements for packaging adjustments
- Manage financial processing: Propose improvements for MyBuy platform
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutions
- Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks at fast-paced, dynamic environment
