As a Head of Revenue Strategy your main responsibilities will be:
The Head of Revenue Strategy is responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s business mix strategy and performance, in accordance with the hotel's budget and forecast. Reporting to the EMEA Revenue Director, the Head of Revenue Strategy is responsible for:

- Monitoring and optimizing the hotels’ business and channel strategy, according to hotel's budget and forecast
- Maximizing room revenue contribution through understanding booking channels and demand patterns.
- Working with the Sales Team of all the different sales channels to define effective promos and rates conditions to ensure that these offers target the right customer through the right channels.
- Driving incremental revenue based on a data-driven analysis, while anticipating market opportunities and conditions.
- Supervising the weekly Revenue forecast with the Revenue Team, to identify deviations and propose actions if needed.
- Tracking yield & pricing strategies to align regional proposals to the incremental revenue strategy and optimal business mix tactics.
- Playing a key role in the Strategic Planning, Pricing and Budgeting processes across the year.
- Providing leadership, motivation and support to the Revenue Team.
- Leading monthly inter-departmental meetings (Revmax) with Revenue and Sales Team.
- Supporting the Revenue Team with problem solving or decision-making if needed

**Requisitos**

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business administration with Master degree in Hospitality or Hotel Revenue Management.
- More than 5 years of experience as Area Revenue Manager or Revenue Strategy Manager or similar.
- Distinguished experience in commercial management, account management or similar
- Inspirational leadership, detail oriented, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Passionate for Sales and Revenue Management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Strong in numerical analysis and data-driven decision-making, experience with the rolling forecast process.
- Excellent Excel /Sheets /Business Intelligence skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

Desirable requirements:

- Relevant background in Hospitality and Revenue Management.
- Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems in the last 10 years.
- Experience with Revenue Management Systems in the last 3 years.
- Experience with hotel distribution channels.
