We at Flat Europe digital office team are a central team with close cooperation to our digital organizations in and across in our production facilities to steer the Industrial Digital journey.Process automation team works in the automation of real-world industrial systems, moving the organization to performance improvement through technological impulse. Automation of operations is a key element in site transformation, including production line automation, and transversal processes such as H&S;, logistics, energy management and environmental control.**Mission**The Industrial Automation & Models Team is focused to support following business axes across our industrial processes: H&S; - Productivity - Quality - Maintenance - Logistics - Reporting - Supply chain and the Flat Europe Decarbonization Green Steel Strategy.Working with us will combine teamwork, analyzing business needs and improvement opportunities in operational automation, implementing software solutions for shopfloor challenges, and using data analytics for the improvement of the processes.We are open to enthusiastic people with software analysis and development skills targeting to gather real world experience in the steelmaking leader company. Join us in the journey to a carbon free steel leadership.**What you will do: Project & role description**You’ll be part of the Industrial Automation & Models department in **ArcelorMittal Sestao**aiming to support the **ArcelorMittal Sestao**plant in their digital journey with following primary objectives:- Business analysis and development of high-level process automation solutions based on.Net platform- Strong partnership with operational departments to exchange information & results.- Experience on agile based teams will be valued.- Cooperation with other departments and organizations such as R&D; or external suppliers- Data analysis of process related data as key factor for operation improvement.- Experience on data-analysis tools will be valued (PowerBI, Python, R, etc )- Strong knowledge of machine learning, computer vision.- Basic understanding of simulations and mathematical models- Data centered architectures: data management, metadata and big data architectures.- Cloud knowledge and skills valued.- Knowledge of any object-oriented language.- C# and Python specially valued.- Work together with other organizations such as R&D; and subconstractors- Ability to manage project execution and small development teams.**Your profile**:Technical & digital profile- Technical oriented Master’s Degree in Digital, Computer Science, Automation Technology, Telecom, Maths, Physics or a related field or showing high experience on technical orientation. Real job experience within that field is a plus.- Data management & analysis. Database knowledge. (Oracle, SqlServer & PowerBi)- Programming languages (C#, Python).- Experience in software development for Industrial environment.- Strong entrepreneur with a passion for digital technology into industry.
