The role requires a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem and consumer lifecycle to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, contributing to visitation, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences. /ppbr/ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /ppstrong1. Marketing and Brand Awareness /strong /pulliDevelop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid. /liliCollaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the Spain market. /liliBuild and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure. /liliPlan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. /liliDevelop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities. /liliWork with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website. /liliConduct regular market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies for effective marketing planning. /liliHandle customer service responses, addressing common complaints and establishing resolution processes. /liliSupport business development initiatives by creating marketing materials for new business and product launches. /li /ulpstrong2. Sales Strategy Development and Execution /strong /pulliAchieve and exceed annual sales targets for the Plaza Premium Lounge. /liliDevelop and execute strategic plans to expand both B2B and B2C customer bases. /liliIdentify and pursue potential business opportunities through partnerships with airlines, travel trade partners, hotels, and telecom companies. /liliEffectively communicate PPG’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, and tailored pitches. /liliForecast future sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly. /liliAnalyze and monitor partner performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. /li /ulpstrong3.
