The role requires a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem and consumer lifecycle to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, contributing to visitation, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences. /ppbr/ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /ppstrong1. Marketing and Brand Awareness /strong /pulliDevelop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid. /liliCollaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the Spain market. /liliBuild and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure. /liliPlan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. /liliDevelop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities. /liliWork with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website. /liliConduct regular market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies for effective marketing planning. /liliHandle customer service responses, addressing common complaints and establishing resolution processes. /liliSupport business development initiatives by creating marketing materials for new business and product launches. /li /ulpstrong2. Sales Strategy Development and Execution /strong /pulliAchieve and exceed annual sales targets for the Plaza Premium Lounge. /liliDevelop and execute strategic plans to expand both B2B and B2C customer bases. /liliIdentify and pursue potential business opportunities through partnerships with airlines, travel trade partners, hotels, and telecom companies. /liliEffectively communicate PPG’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, and tailored pitches. /liliForecast future sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly. /liliAnalyze and monitor partner performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. /li /ulpstrong3. Sales Discipline /strong /pulliMaintain a structured and disciplined approach to account management, sales tracking, and pipeline management. /liliUpdate client account information regularly and ensure adherence to established sales procedures and processes. /liliMaintain effective control over the sales budget and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with revenue objectives. /li /ulpstrong4. Relationship Management /strong /pulliBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to understand and meet their business needs. /liliLiaise with internal departments, including operations, IT, legal, finance, and marketing, to articulate and fulfill client requirements. /liliProvide sales support to local and regional sales teams as needed. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongJob Requirements /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. /liliMinimum of 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial sales role. /liliProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, B2B portfolio. /liliHands-on experience with inbound marketing systems and marketing automation tools. /liliStrong knowledge of email campaign systems and social media platforms (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). /liliExpertise in digital and social media technology, including channel management. /liliExceptional interpersonal, project management, and team collaboration skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. /liliStrong phone and presentation skills. /liliExcellent command of written and spoken English, Spanish. /liliAbility to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results. /li /ul
