About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our CX & Internal Tools team. You will be responsible for enhancing the user experience for both customers and colleagues, focusing on improving interfaces and business processes.
Your primary goal will be to launch a major B2E product and support existing tools for customer support and operational teams.
Responsibilities
* Launch new products: take ownership from discovery to go-live, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
* Polish existing products: improve flows and features, remove friction, and enhance overall experience through thoughtful design iterations.
* Deep dive into domain knowledge: understand business, operations, and user needs to design relevant and impactful solutions.
* Dogfood our products: use internal tools regularly to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
* Participate in product and tech decisions: be involved in discussions to shape outcomes early on.
* Conduct research: plan and execute user research to validate ideas and uncover pain points.
* Contribute to the design system: help develop and refine internal design standards for consistency and scalability.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* 2–3 years experience with B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design complex, user-friendly products.
* Familiarity with interaction patterns and excellent visual skills.
* Experience working independently, possibly in startups or small teams.
* Confidence in communication, able to explain ideas clearly to designers and executives.
* Ability to integrate user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
* Systems thinking, focus on long-term solutions, adaptable to change.
