Overview
The Nuveen Rotational Program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and exposure to many facets of our organisation. The environment is hands-on, challenging, and provides growth opportunities. Candidates will work within the Real Estate Group and learn techniques, disciplines, and processes that deliver high-quality results for investors/clients. The program begins in September 2026. This is a 2-year rotational program with rotations within different sectors of Real Estate.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to production of investment memorandums; research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development activities; prepare product presentations, proposals, and recommendations; and respond to inquiries from external business partners as well as internal partners.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to production of investment memorandums.
* Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development activities.
* Prepare product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.
* Respond to inquiries from external business partners and internal stakeholders across the organisation.
Skills & Competencies We Require
* Academic achievement: at least a notable grade (7.0 – 8.9) from a university (or equivalent) and graduation by August 2026.
* Investment Management Knowledge & Interest: academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate (e.g., relevant coursework, active participation in investment clubs, managing a virtual portfolio, following market commentary, reading financial news).
* Technical skills: familiarity with VBA, Python and Bloomberg is a plus.
* Communication: ability to translate complex information into clear written and verbal communications; comfortable delivering presentations and preparing client-ready emails and reports.
* Team Collaboration: ability to work effectively in team settings and adapt working styles to support team goals.
* Critical Thinking: ability to understand business problems from multiple angles and propose balanced solutions.
* Microsoft Office Proficiency: strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced Excel (including financial models, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data visualization, and automation).
* Initiative and Ownership: track record of taking ownership of projects with proactive problem identification and regular communication.
* Language Requirements: fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
