Our client is an important international real estate consulting firm with excellent positioning and prestige.
1. Act as the main point of contact for Hotel Capital Markets in Spain, interacting with colleagues and leadership active in other sectors, and other market participants including owners, investors, operators, and consultants.
2. Take active responsibility for sourcing new business and opportunities (with a special focus on main Spanish Hotel Markets), growing contact network, cultivating own clients, and identifying target assets for sale.
3. Take a leading role in all aspects of running hotel marketing campaigns (alongside Lead Partner) - in particular, maintaining target lists of buyers and conducting conversations/meetings with prospective buyers.
4. Develop and supervise the creation of content for marketing collateral - teasers, brochures, information memoranda, and data rooms.
5. Model hotel marketing opportunities and hotel investments using the company's tailored valuation model.
6. Lead the preparation of pitches and proposals for mandates we are competitively asked to tender for.
7. Attend industry events to support the team profile in the market and seek to grow your own network of contacts.
8. Be proactive in identifying potential cross-selling opportunities.
9. Main objective: contribute to meeting overall departmental fee/billing targets and beyond.
10. Help maintain the team's in-house databases of buyers, transactions, and market opportunities.
11. Lead the Hospitality Capital Markets team in Spain.
