Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Specialist at Eclectic Array in Cabo San Lucas, BCS. The specialist will be responsible for tasks such as coordinating all outgoing and internal shipments—including customer orders placed through Shopify and other online platforms, regional product transfers, and supplier-related logistics. This person will also manage carrier relationships, optimize shipping costs, support packaging sustainability, and collaborate closely with the warehouse, inventory, and purchasing teams.
Qualifications
* Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control skills
* Packing and Unloading skills
* Experience in a warehouse environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* High school diploma or equivalent (Plus : proficiency in Excel and Asana)
