We are enthusiastic about life, devoting our talent and effort to providing high-quality affordable pharmaceuticals worldwide. /ppbr/ppPeople are the key to our present and future success, so we carefully select candidates that meet the requirements for each position, however most importantly, who also fit with our cultural DNA and values. /ppbr/ppstrongHere’s the lowdown on what your role will actually look like (spoiler alert: it’s awesome!) /strong /ppbr/ppWe are seeking for a IT Helpdesk Support to join our IT Team. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat you'll be rocking: /strong /ppbr/pulliLearn and support all company-specific software and hardware solutions. /liliInstalls, updates, troubleshoots and develops technical solutions for all hardware and software issues. /liliActs as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems. /liliIdentifies, diagnoses and resolves problems related to software, hardware, firmware, etc. and communicates solutions to users. /liliEscalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the IT team. /liliDocuments procedures and solutions for help desk issues. /liliAnswering both technical and non-technical questions for users. /liliMaking recommendations on areas of process improvement. /liliResponding to breakdowns. /liliMust be able to resolve problems via phone or remote control software in a helpdesk environment. /liliProvide remote help-desk support to international offices around the world, specially in South America. /liliManaging stocks of equipment /liliRepairing equipment and replacing parts /liliResponding to breakdowns /liliSetting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues /liliCompliance of the data protection law. /liliGuarantee implementation of IT policies. /liliUpdate and innovate Galenicum technology. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you bring to the table: /strong /ppbr/pulliMinimum 1-2 years' experience in similar functions. /liliHands-on troubleshooting experience with computers and other electronic devices. /liliKnowledge in Apple and google products is a must. /liliMust have IT skills and have the aptitude and technical ability to support electronic devices and equipment in a network environment. /liliHands-on troubleshooting experience with computers and other electronic devices. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongEducational milestone: /strong /ppbr/pulliIT studies or demonstrated equivalence experience. /liliGood level of English and Spanish, spoken and written. /liliExcellent computer skills (MS Office, Smartsheet, others valuable) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYour key superpowers: /strong /ppbr/pulliPassionate by informatics, loves to share his knowledge with others. /liliExcellent customer service skills.
