Your key responsibilities
Designing, building, and maintaining secure IAM and directory service infrastructures.
Administering and developing Linux-based identity platforms (LDAP, BoKS, OUD).
Designing and maintaining replication topologies, ensuring availability, performance, and consistency.
Monitoring and troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and replication issues.
Automating configuration, provisioning, and operational tasks to reduce manual effort.
Developing and supporting infrastructure management and automation tools (including Ansible).
Contributing to and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for identity and platform components.
Troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and driving long‐term improvements.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for technical teams, operations, and auditors.
Collaborating closely with cloud, security, IAM, DevOps, and architecture teams.
Participating in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
What are we looking for?
You have at least 4-5 years of hands‐on experience operating Linux systems, especially Red Hat 9 and 10.
You have strong experience with LDAP‐based directory services (e.G. Oracle Unified Directory, 389 Directory Server) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
You understand directory server internals, including replication mechanisms, schema design, and secure identity lifecycle management.
Advanced Linux system administration skills (preferably Red Hat 9 and 10, RHCSA/E level or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, provisioning and access control.
Automation skills using Bash or one scripting language (Python, Perl, or similar).
Hands‐on experience with Ansible and configuration automation/orchestration tools.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps).
Experience solving complex system‐level and IAM‐related issues.
Understanding of trust relationships, replication topologies, high availability, and disaster recovery.
Experience with directory hardening (password policies, ACIs, secure bind, TLS, certificate management).
Experience with schema management, including extensions and compatibility considerations.
Comfort working in Agile / DevOps teams, taking ownership of identity and platform‐related components.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
