Your role and responsibilities
As a TLS Ecosystem Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through net new sales, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell of TLS offerings, including Logo, MVS, and Expert Care services. You will work closely with R&E Sales Specialists to deliver client value through business partners.
* Drive Sales Growth: Deliver net new sales, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell of TLS offerings, including Logo, MVS, and Expert Care services, to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with Partners: Work with business partners and distributors as a trusted advisor to drive sales and deliver client value, ensuring seamless execution and effective solution delivery.
* Develop Sales Strategies: Implement sales strategies and tactics to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with R&E Sales Specialists to leverage their expertise and insights.
* Client-Facing Activities: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
* Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.

* Exposure to Sales Processes: Familiarity with sales processes, including net new sales, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell of technology offerings.
* Understanding of Partner Ecosystems: Experience working with business partners and distributors to drive sales and deliver client value.
* Knowledge of Sales Strategies: Exposure to developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Familiarity with Client-Facing Activities: Experience engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Exposure to Sales Performance Management: Familiarity with monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Technology Sales Exposure: Exposure to sales processes, including net new sales, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell of technology offerings, is beneficial for success in this role.
* Partner Ecosystem Understanding: Experience working with business partners and distributors to drive sales and deliver client value is advantageous.
* Sales Strategy Development: Exposure to developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to identify and pursue new sales opportunities is preferred.
