IT & Ops Vendor Management Office - Office of CTOO (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities
As a member of the IT & Ops Vendor Management Office, you will define and implement sourcing strategies, support procurement policies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure value for money through contracts and negotiations.
Main tasks include:
* Managing operational relationships with suppliers/partners.
* Overseeing SLA performance and reporting.
* Participating in supplier selection and evaluation.
* Analyzing costs and outsourcing opportunities.
* Negotiating contractual terms with procurement support.
* Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues.
* Managing supplier relationships during exit processes.
Qualifications:
* Six or more years in technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
* Experience in creating and executing sourcing strategies.
* Understanding of outsourcing and digital business trends.
* Strong contract negotiation skills.
* Ability to interact with senior leaders and build relationships.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
