Principle Accountabilities: ~ Ensuring that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner. Key Tasks: Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting toolsResponsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errorsResponsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements, automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processesSupport design and implementation of reports to meet requirements arising from compliance obligations, business analysis and decision-making processes.Responsible for ensuring that systems are compliant with internal control frameworks and accounting principlesResponsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standardsSupport development of the framework of financial controls through system enhancements and reporting improvementsWork with IT, operations, external vendors, EDI providers and other stakeholders on system-related projects including implementation of new technologies, system upgrades and integrationsUndertake other reasonable duties as requested Behavioural Characteristics: Curious & analytical mindsetOrganised and proactive.Positive and results focused.Takes personal ownership of own performance.Excellent communication skills; ability to engageat all levels and challenge when necessary.Able to work safely at all times.Team player.
