At Huxley, we are looking to onboard a Data Modeler who will support a major acceleration of our client's global data strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly technical environment, working on end‐to‐end data lifecycle initiatives and helping integrate a large number of new data sources into their platform.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Modeler / Data Engineer
SQL + at least one RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
Strong experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling & architecture
Experience with Star schema & Snowflake schema modeling
Knowledge of Medallion architecture (bronze‐silver‐gold)
Experience with data modeling tools (ERwin or similar)
Experience with cloud data services (Azure or AWS)
Nice to haveExperience with Databricks

Mission: Help define and implement the company's data strategy and support the onboarding of many new data sources .
This team manages the entire data lifecycle - data ingestion, data modelling, engineering, infrastructure definition, and final implementation.
Daily Responsibilities
Model complex datasets using Data Vault 2.0, Star, and Snowflake schemas
Design, maintain, and evolve the Medallion architecture (bronze‐silver‐gold)
Support the onboarding of new data sources into the ecosystem
Define and document data standards, models, naming conventions, and architecture guidelines
Work closely with Data Engineers and Architects across ingestion, modelling, and delivery
Contribute to infrastructure and architecture decisions in Azure/AWS environments
Ensure scalability, performance, and quality in all modeling work
Participate in technical discussions, reviews, and design sessions
