Role Description
We are looking for a highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive Assistant to our Sales Director.
This is a full‑time remote position based in Spain, where you will play a key role in driving our sales operations forward.
You will manage communication channels, maintain professional phone etiquette, and handle executive administrative tasks that help our Sales Director focus on growing our business. * Support day‑to‑day sales operations and maintain our sales funnel.
* Provide high‑level administrative assistance to the Sales Director.
* Organise schedules, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth communication.

* Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications
* Experience in B2B sales support and sales funnel management.
* Strong administrative and executive assistance skills.
* Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (Castellano) is required; Catalan is a plus.
