Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Provide technical and commercial support to Customers and Back Office teams, acting as a key interface between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders.
2. Prepare and follow up commercial proposals for spare parts, service level and maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits.
3. Manage warranty cases in coordination with internal departments and factories.
4. Support maintenance planning activities and spare parts identification for customer sites.
5. Handle order confirmations and ensure accurate processing within internal systems.
6. Follow up on deliveries, coordinating with logistics and customers to ensure timely execution.
7. Perform internal and external administrative follow-up related to service and sales activities.
8. Actively support the promotion of spare parts, retrofit and service solutions to customers.
9. This role will act as a key interface between Service, Sales and customers, with the potential to grow into a more commercial-facing position over time.
Your Profile / Qualifications
10. Degree in Engineering, or experience in a related technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
11. Junior professional in technical and commercial support roles, preferably within the food processing or industrial manufacturing industry.
12. Solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
13. Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.
14. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
15. Service-oriented mindset, with a proactive and solution-driven approach to problem solving.
16. Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English; Italian and/or Portuguese are considered a plus.
17. Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective internal actions.
18. Proactive attitude towards spare parts, retrofit and service sales promotion.
19. Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for customer visits, site activities or internal coordination.
20. High level of ownership and accountability, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
21. Ability to work closely with Sales and Service teams to support market awareness and business development initiatives.
