At Prime Insights, we’re building one of the most powerful app ecosystems in the survey and reward space and we’re looking for a Senior SEM Manager to join our performance team.
You’ve run global campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, deeply understand ROAS and LTV tracking, and can scale non-eCommerce, subscription-based apps through performance-first search strategy. You’re not just managing keywords, you’re obsessing over cohorts, testing landing pages, and pushing the edge of what SEM can do.
Strong understanding of cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV, and performance optimization
~ Experience running campaigns in languages other than English
~ Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a strong plus
~ Experience with global campaigns across Tier 1 markets
~ Comfortable with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ideally SQL
~ Remote role, start between 9–10am CET
