About Review Collect

Review Collect is a review management platform trusted by 500+ e-commerce brands across the UK, France and Spain. We help online retailers collect more reviews through email, SMS and WhatsApp - and protect their reputation by catching negative feedback before it goes public.

We're a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Barcelona, with a track record of helping brands go from 3-star to 4.7 on Trustpilot in weeks, not months.


The role

You'll be the first point of contact for UK e-commerce brands. Your job is simple: get on the phone, show them what their Trustpilot score is costing them, and book a demo with our Account Executive team.

No SDR handoffs. No endless email sequences. Phones first.


What you'll do

* 50-70 outbound calls per day to UK e-commerce brands
* Qualify prospects (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce stores doing 2,000-10,000 orders/month)
* Book 3-5 qualified demos per week
* Follow up by email and SMS to keep the pipeline moving
* Keep HubSpot clean and updated after every call


What we're looking for

* Native or near-native English speaker
* 1-2 years of outbound cold calling experience (B2B SaaS or e-commerce preferred)
* You're comfortable picking up the phone 60 times a day without overthinking it
* You know how to handle "not interested" and keep going
* Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate


What you'll sell

A product that solves a real, visible problem. Every prospect you call can check their Trustpilot score in 10 seconds - and most of them don't like what they see. Your job is to show them there's a fix.

We work with brands like TruClothing, Silver Cross and Flower Station. The product sells itself once you get someone on the phone.


Compensation

* 2,200 EUR/month base salary + commission
* Uncapped commission on every demo booked and deal closed
* Full-time, based at our Barcelona office
