Key point of contact for Integral Procurement (Group) in Spain & Portugal; works closely with the Global Procurement Category Manager
- Drive cross-countries savings initiatives with a strong focus on Marketing, IT and Retail.
- Develop and implement forward thinking sourcing strategies providing a competitive advantage to the region.
- Develop and foster strategic supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement and innovation.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders to be considered a trusted strategic advisor by identifying, understanding, and fulfilling business needs.
- Provide financial support for spend forecasting and budget management
- Insure organizational, systems and process effectiveness of the indirect procurement function
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Procurement, Business or equivalent.
- 7-10 years' experience in Indirect Procurement in matrixed environment and familiar with category management
- Experience managing Marketing spend is a plus (Media offline, Digital Media, Marketing print, Creative agencies, Contact Center)
- English and Spanish mandatory (fluent both written and spoken)
- Experience in negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for large supplier contracts
- Direct hands-on experience in an ERP systems environment preferred
