Has responsibility for trade tactics and direction setting to optimize
the performance in accordance with the overall directions given. Has
responsibility for campaigns, initiatives and sales material to support
sales target achievement.
Delivers and optimises the yield and volume for each string.
Supports the pricing and cost allocation - how to allocate costs
optimally, set price floors and acceptance policies for cargo on the
network in partnership with the commercial team.
Evaluates trade-offs between volume, market share, yield, reliability,
and costs.
Provides guidance to local capacity management.
Actively provides feedback to the organisation on product performance
and participates in regular service network reviews and product
expansion opportunities with Network team.
Drives utilisation/volumes through regular discussions with commercial
teams.
Ensures optimal space allocation on assigned services, with due
considerations to cargo types and relative yields on both long and short
term basis.
Drives customer satisfaction survey process.
