3. Negotiate and oversee procurement from order to receipt and invoice review.
4. Ensure delivery dates align with project schedules and analyze purchase costs to meet target costs.
Quality Assurance:
1. Collaborate with engineering and project managers to verify the technical correctness of offers.
2. Control delivery quality, timeliness, and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of French is highly valuable.
* Knowledge of procurement management.
* Strong networking skills, both internal and external.
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
* Skills in process monitoring and improvement.
