About the position
Are you passionate about people and eager to kick‑start your career in the People function? We’re looking for a People Partner Student to support our team and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
Your responsibilities and tasks
*
* Support People administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding)
* Maintain and update employee data in People systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Assist in managing employee queries, providing first‑level support with guidance from People Partners
* Support talent acquisition activities (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
* Prepare People documentation such as contracts, certificates, and internal communications
* Assist with payroll and compensation data preparation and validation
* Support People projects and initiatives (engagement, talent processes, reporting)
* Contribute to ensuring alignment with internal policies and local labor regulations
Your profile and qualifications
*
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
* Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with your university
* Basic understanding of People/HR processes is a plus
* Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage
