In this role, you will support the CRO Office and shape the GRM Strategic Plan within BBVA’s integral risk framework. You’ll prepare executive analyses and materials for key risk forums, guiding strategic discussions and supervisory engagements. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to align risk management with corporate strategy and regulatory developments. This is a high-visibility position that leverages AI to transform risk decision-making and operation across the group.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prepare executive-level analyses, reports and presentations for the Group CRO for risk committees, supervisory meetings and strategic discussions
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the GRM Strategic Plan in alignment with BBVA’s strategy and regulatory trends
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across GRM and BBVA to foster aligned risk management and innovation
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in risk management, corporate strategy or financial transformation within a financial institution or global organization
• Experience with risk frameworks, regulatory developments and digital transformation is valued
• Strong track record in multi-disciplinary teams and high-level strategic initiatives
• Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish is required
• Experience leveraging AI tools and translating them into risk management initiatives
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent tools for presentations and reports
