PPosition Title: strongClient Partner Spain | Legal Business Development Manager /strong /ppBusiness Unit: strongCorporate Legal Services (“CLS”) /strong /ppReporting to: strongCountry Lead Spain /strong /ppLocation: strongMadrid (Hybrid) /strong /ppbr/ppThe Client Partner is responsible for strengthening and expanding our relationships with lawyers, companies, clients, and other business partners or intermediaries who may benefit from CSC, Corporate Legal Services. /ppbr/ppAt CSC, we support businesses by ensuring they meet all their formal obligations to remain in good standing, such as accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, payroll and AML Services. /ppbr/ppThis is a market-facing role, with the primary objective of developing key external relationships and driving revenue growth through those partnerships. /ppbr/ppIn collaboration with the wider CLS Commercial Team across EMEA, the Client Partner will also work closely with internal stakeholders across client delivery, sales, and marketing, leveraging their support to maximise client engagement, partner value, and overall business success. /ppbr/ppstrongPrimary Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliWork in close alignment with the business in Spain and other commercial team members in CLS EMEA to develop and execute commercial plans for these jurisdictions. /liliBe accountable for individual annual revenue growth targets, driving new pipeline opportunities through proposals. /liliAttend pitches, presentations, and agreed-upon conferences and events as set out in commercial plans and, in cooperation with CSC Sales and Marketing, support the drafting of technical articles and other marketing materials, if necessary. /liliDocument all activities in Salesforce.com (SFDC). /liliProvide support to the local servicing teams in their management of client relationships, to generate more business. /liliTake on client directorship roles for Spanish clients, if necessary. /liliTogether with CLS leadership in Spain, develop client/business partner development strategies for each relationship to determine revenue protection/growth goals and identify product diversification opportunities. /liliBe the primary driver of growing a commercial mindset amongst the servicing colleagues in Spain. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /ppbr/pulliA solid background in strongSpanish corporate law /strong.
