The International Key Account Manager will lead the Tucai network and business growing in new countries.
THE ROLE
As an International Key Account Manager and reporting to the Business Unit Director you will:
* Be an important player to develop the Tucai Group network and open new accounts or groups worldwide for the retail/distribution (multi-channel, multi-country).
* Build up and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve results.
* Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
* Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
* Illustrate the added value of our products creating growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.
* Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
* Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking.
* Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify new opportunities.
* Increase the database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
* Identify new segments or markets.
* And any other duties applicable to the incumbent’s job responsibility.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO:
1. Has a minimum of 4 years in the sales area opening international markets and negotiating with distribution account or groups.
2. Willing to travel 50% and available to overnight 2/3 nights for European area or 4/5 nights for long distance trips.
3. Proficiency using more than one language; English is a must, ideally French or German can be a plus.
4. Motivation in industrial product and technical negotiation showing the added value of the product.
5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or technical area.
6. Strategical mindset, analytic, goal and growth oriented.
7. Full time and permanent contract in a leading company with a professional path.
8. Flexible time office (7:30/8:45 to 16:30/17:45), short days on Friday and August (7:30/8:15 to 13:30/14:15).
