The key objective of this role is to drive customer engagement and increase adoption of contact lenses by encouraging a proactive mindset among ECPs and owners. To achieve this, we need individuals who can:
* Analyze businesses and identify opportunities
* Influence customers to change their passive approach to contact lenses
* Understand the needs and specifics of various channels, including indie stores, buying groups, and chains
* Apply basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, POS optimization, and database management
Key responsibilities include:
* Executing Job Business Plans (JBP) defined for each Key Account (KA)
* BUILDING the Misight category through training and education of ECPs
* Covering designated areas according to customer segmentation and sales process guidelines
* Developing strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales staff, and others
* Negotiating price increases when necessary
* Adding value to the team as a dedicated member
* Understanding CooperVision programs and utilizing them effectively
* Completing administrative and reporting tasks
* Maintaining a minimum level of product knowledge, including CooperVision and competitor offerings
* Attending industry events and congresses as required
