Omakase as part of G&L Scientific is continuing to grow the presence in Spain and are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as Associate Director or Senior Associate Director, depending on the candidate's experience and profile.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R), strategic Market Access in Spain, and Health Economics. This role will be reported directly to the new Managing Director of Omakase and will play a key role in both project delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Pricing & Reimbursement and Market Access projects in Spain
Design and implement national and regional market access strategies for pipeline and in-market products
Actively engage with clients and contribute to business development initiatives
Support company leadership, working closely with senior management
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting (preferred) and/or the pharmaceutical industry
Degree in Economics or Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Biotechnology, etc.)
Postgraduate studies (PhD, Master's), Health Economics training, and scientific publications are a plus
Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system, pharmaceutical policy environment, and key stakeholders
Native or near-native level of Spanish and excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Strong commitment, responsibility, and work ethic
Proven interpersonal and leadership skills
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility, initiative, and self-motivation xohynlm
Interest and willingness to support business development activities
