Working closely with the General Counsel and Directors across all Legal areas, this role drives operational excellence, digital transformation, AI integration, strong governance, and cross‑team alignment. You will play a central part in shaping a future‑ready, digitally enabled Legal organization. /ppbr/ppbJob Responsibilities /b /ppb Operational Excellence Performance /b /pulliOptimize processes, workflows, and SLAs for fast, business‑centric Legal services. /liliDefine and track KPIs including cycle times, satisfaction scores, risk metrics, and work volume dashboards. /liliCoordinate improvement initiatives with Stakeholders across Corporate, Commercial, Compliance, Litigation, Internal Audit, GRC and more. /li /ulpbr/ppb Digitalization Technology Enablement /b /pulliLead the Legal department’s digital transformation, including CLM, e‑billing, matter management, and automation tools. /liliDrive strong adoption and ensure LegalTech solutions meet operational needs. /liliPromote digital literacy through training, guidelines, and best practices. /li /ulpbr/ppb AI Integration Capability Building /b /pulliChampion the use of AI in Legal workflows, such as contract review and document automation. /liliPartner with HR and IT on AI readiness, capability models, and upskilling plans. /liliEstablish safe and ethical governance for AI usage within Legal. /li /ulpbr/ppb Financial, Vendor Resource Management /b /pulliOversee Legal budgets, external counsel spending, and vendor evaluations. /liliSupport resource planning, workload distribution, and capacity forecasting with Directors. /li /ulpbr/ppb Governance, Risk Compliance Operations /b /pulliMaintain strong governance frameworks and operational controls. /liliSupport audits, policy updates, and risk mitigation activities across Legal teams. /li /ulpbr/ppb Talent, Skills Team Cohesion /b /pulliPartner with HR and Legal Stakeholders on capability frameworks, workforce planning, and learning pathways. /liliSupport onboarding, digital skills development, and AI‑oriented training. /liliDrive initiatives that promote collaboration, engagement, and a unified Legal culture. /li /ulpbr/ppb Reporting, Data Insights /b /pulliBuild dashboards and analytical reports on trends, workloads, KPIs, and strategic progress. /liliWork with Directors to interpret insights and drive continuous improvement. /liliPresent consolidated findings to the General Counsel and Leadership Team. /li /ulpbr/ppb Internal Brand Stakeholder Engagement /b /pulliStrengthen the Legal function’s identity as a proactive business partner. /liliCoordinate internal communications, storytelling, and visibility initiatives. /liliFoster cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, Risk and others. /li /ulpbr/ppb Change Management and Strategic Support Stakeholders /b /pulliAct as a strategic advisor to Strategic Stakeholder, supporting prioritization, planning, and governance routines. /liliDemonstrated experience working with demanding stakeholders (legal leads, compliance, IT, business units). /liliSkilled at maintaining calm and structure in ambiguous or pressured environments. /liliAbility to influence without authority and build trust with lawyers and cross‑functional partners. /liliClear communicator with strong follow‑up and expectation‑setting abilities. /li /ulpbr/ppb Change Management Adoption /b /pulliExperience rolling out new tools or processes and driving user adoption. /liliAbility to run training sessions, create quick guides, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skillset and Experience /b /pulli3+ years’ experience in Legal operations, project management, paralegal/contract operations, or similar roles where legal processes and tools are involved. /liliExperience participating in tech implementations (not necessarily leading full programs). /liliExposure to contract lifecycle processes, external counsel management, and legal budgeting is a plus. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, define milestones, and track progress. /liliExperience working with IT or product teams is highly valuable. /liliProactive and solution-oriented mindset. /liliHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skills. /liliComfort with ambiguity and ability to structure complex situations. /liliCollaborative working style but also autonomous when needed. /liliCurious and willing to learn new tools and legal technologies. /liliAdvanced English is a Must /li /ulpbr/ppAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
