As a Human Resources Professional, you will play a key role in supporting our people and our business in the Zaragoza production center. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring HR processes are executed effectively and fostering a positive, engaging, and high‑performing workplace.
Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the Atlas Copco factory in Zaragoza.
You will play a key role in supporting our people and business, ensuring an engaging work environment and contributing to the sustainable growth of our organization.
You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting a broad range of HR activities— from recruitment and onboarding to talent development, employee relations, and organizational initiatives.
In this role, you will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
 * Partner with line managers to support recruitment, onboarding, development, and employee engagement activities.
 * Coordinate HR processes such as performance management, training & development, compensation, and internal communication.
 * Support implementation of HR policies and programs aligned with Atlas Copco Group standards and local labor regulations.
 * Promote a culture of safety, well‑being, and inclusion.
 * Contribute to HR projects (e.G., talent management, workforce planning, employer branding, employee experience).
 * Provide guidance to employees on HR‑related topics and ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and the metal industry collective agreement.
 * Ensure compliance with legal requirements in day‑to‑day employee management.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
 * Post‑graduate qualifications in business or related discipline, with experience and knowledge in employee relations, labor relations, wellbeing.
 * 3–5 years of experience in HR, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
 * Solid understanding of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
 * Experience with HR systems;
 SuccessFactors preferable.
 * Desirable experience in multinational companies.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
 * Fluent in Spanish and good level of English (both written and spoken).
