About the Role:
Manage a team of approximately 10-15 employees within a specific country or business line, working closely with country management. Responsibilities include employee training, contributing to centralized projects, and providing backup for colleagues in similar roles across MC/BD/IB.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inside/telesales representatives responsible for selling advertising, media campaigns, and digital display ads to clients.
* Design and administer sales incentive plans.
* Train, mentor, coach, and supervise sales staff.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of Groupon’s products/services.
* Prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
* Work across functions to improve sales performance.
* Achieve advertising sales revenue targets and contribute to market development.
* Analyze campaign performance and recommend media solutions.
