WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset and a proven track record in selling complex solutions to large enterprise organizations. This role is focused on new business development, requiring a proactive individual who thrives on identifying, creating, and winning new opportunities.

WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE:

* Identify, target, and engage new enterprise accounts to generate qualified sales opportunities;
* Navigate complex organizational structures by mapping stakeholders, understanding decision-making processes, and building multi-level relationships;
* Conduct effective opportunity qualification, assessing deal viability and prioritizing high-impact opportunities;
* Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to advance deals through the sales cycle;
* Own the full sales process, from initial outreach through negotiation and closing;
* Build trusted relationships with senior business, technical, and procurement stakeholders;
* Uncover customer needs and align solutions to deliver clear business value;
* Manage long and complex sales cycles with discipline and persistence;
* Maintain accurate and timely pipeline management and forecasting;
* Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and activities, ensuring full transparency with management. xohynlm

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

* Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex or solution-based environments;
* Strong hunter mentality, with a passion for prospecting and opening new markets;
* Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership;
* Highly organized and disciplined in reporting, pipeline management, and communication;
* Skilled in stakeholder management across large, matrixed organizations;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
* Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

ANNUAL BASE SALARY: 70.000€ + bonus
