As a SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be an important part of the IT Global HR Portfolio Team supporting SAP SuccessFactors and other Global HR Systems.
Your main responsibilities are to contribute to and advise on the implementation and evolution of our SAP modules, as well as other Global HR SaaS applications. To be successful in this position, you need to understand the requirements of our customers and recommend design and configuration improvements. You will also ensure alignment with business requirements, act as an interface with the Global HR Technology team, and perform system configuration and liaison with other IT teams.
Your role
As a SAP SuccessFactors SME, your main responsibilities will involve :
1. Work with the Global and local HR teams to implement, maintain, and enhance SuccessFactors functionality within the goals of the Global HR Systems Portfolio and Zurich’s IT strategy.
2. In collaboration with our Applications Support team, you will be responsible for overall SF system administration for implemented modules, including support, review, validation of documentation and technical specifications, impact analysis, supervision of change requests, and resolution of system defects for modules like Talent & Development, Performance and Goals, Recruitment Management, and Marketing. You will also oversee other non-SAP systems.
3. Participate in implementation projects for new systems and modules, ensuring IT deliverables are clearly defined and deployed. Perform quality reviews on project IT deliverables including system configuration, permissions, integrations, data, and security assessments.
4. Work with suppliers and HR to implement SAP releases and updates, ensuring HR understanding and recommending improvements or de-commissioning when appropriate.
5. Act as a liaison between HR CoEs, Global HR Technology, and IT for your area of responsibility.
Your Skills and Experience
As a SAP SuccessFactors SME, your skills and qualifications should ideally include :
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably with an IT background, and 3+ years of experience supporting SuccessFactors systems in multinational organizations.
2. High proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Development modules; experience with other modules like Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Employee Central, Compensation, Opportunities Marketplace, and Onboarding is a plus.
3. Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR technologies (SAP HCM, ServiceNow) and non-HR applications; SAP Cloud Platform integrations are advantageous.
4. Result-oriented, proactive, persistent, and capable of managing challenging situations.
5. Experience working in multicultural environments with virtual teams, demonstrating intercultural awareness and teamwork skills.
6. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
