Your role reports to the CMO and will own the Kreators by Kolsquare marketing strategy, coordinating with the central marketing team and product team to drive awareness, credibility, and user acquisition for creators. The role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to position Kreators by Kolsquare as a valuable solution for professional creators.
Role responsibilities include leading marketing for Kreators from strategy to execution, building brand messaging, developing user acquisition across Europe, planning and executing a PLG-centered marketing plan, collaborating with central and field teams, delivering market insights to support product innovation, lead generation campaigns (content marketing, SEO/GEO, paid social), establishing KPIs, owning the Kreators website (structure, UX, SEO, conversion), analyzing marketing operations, creating SEO content, and reporting progress to leadership. You will engage with influencer communities and ambassadors to strengthen Kreators by Kolsquare’s reputation.
Your profile
Must-haves
* 5+ years of experience as a marketing generalist in a B2C environment, ideally in influencer marketing or SaaS Martech
* Deep understanding of influencer marketing and media landscape
* Fluent in English
* Strategic thinker and hands-on executor, ready to own and scale Kreators by Kolsquare’s presence in Europe
* Commercially driven with ability to generate demand in B2C using a PLG approach
* Experience creating engaging marketing materials (blogs, videos, ads, email sequences)
* Proven experience in B2C demand generation
* Based in an EU country

* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment
* Additional European language(s) are a plus (French, Spanish, German, Italian)
