The Role You’ll Play
A role in Learning and Leadership Development is an opportunity to define the strategy and drive the execution of capability development programs for our people across Accenture. For Iberia, you will partner with senior leaders and business sponsors in the Market Unit, to assess development needs and design and deliver innovative learning experiences that will help build skills needed for today and tomorrow.
At the Manager level, you will lead the Iberia Learning and Leadership development area, team and / or work effort, partner with senior level business leaders to advise and facilitate learning investment decision-making, and define approaches to learning programs in your MU. You will make this happen leveraging the existing Center Lead offerings, the team around you, as well as by working across a network of teams. Your decisions have a lasting impact on your area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Iberia Learning and Leadership Development strategy by partnering with your team and business leaders to clarify challenges, define the business problem, target audience(s) and desired outcomes.Aligning talent management strategies with business goals, and promote a culture of Learning and Leadership Development.
Partner with Iberia business, HR, and Talent sponsors to understand talent development needs, validate the desired business outcomes, bring the right team members together, effectively leverage existing / repeatable solutions where appropriate, and determine the best overall solution (e.g., build / buy approach) for your MU, and partner on priority cross-Market programs and responsibilities.
Collaborate with Learning Advisors and Capability Towers, to define best solution to address needs with using center-led first solution and MU’s as an exception, including vendor solution / management.
Define and drive Learning strategy for Accenture Iberia, in line with the EMEA and Global L&LD Strategy to support key business goals using a data-driven approach focused on achieving the desired performance metrics / OKRs for your MU and some priority cross-Market programs.
Lead the Iberia LLD team and be accountable for their management, engagement, and quality of service delivery
Accountable for the Iberia annual and quarterly budget and financials, ensuring the learning investment is on target and being used responsibly
Report directly to the EMEA Market Learning & Leadership Development Lead
LI-DNI
Minimum of 6 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering, and solutioning), client relationship management experience, and global team management
Critical thinking and solutioning
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of learning strategy experience, development of innovative learning solutions, problem-solving experience, influencing others, and financial planning and budgeting experience
Professional Skill Requirements :
Deep learning and Iberia Market Unit expertise
Strong executive presence, and superb stakeholder management skills across all responsibilities.
Excellent leadership and management skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, including strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data / analytics skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client and team relationships
Proven ability to Influence, navigate and collaborate with senior business sponsors
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Deep expertise in Learning Strategy and Planning
Demonstrated success in managing deployment of client services globally, across multiple functional areas
Thrive in a fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environment
