Responsibilities
- Responsible management of the sales team
- Support, motivation and coaching of employees
- Acquisition and sale of real estate properties
- Customer care
- Expansion and maintenance of the contact network
- Developing a deep understanding of the local property market, its products and services offered
- Preparation of market analyses and property presentations
Your profile
- Good command of written and spoken Spanish, English and German
- Advanced IT skills
- Proven sales experience in the property industry and experience in team leadership
- Goal-oriented entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Excellent intercultural and social skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Working for the market leader in one of the most exciting property markets in the world
