\nABOUT THE PROPERTY
\n Luxury hospitality property in Sotogrande with a premium spa offering focused on holistic treatments, guest well -being and high -touch service standards. We are expanding our Spa & Wellness team with experienced Spa Therapists who excel in personalized treatments, guest care and relaxation -focused environments.
\nROLE PURPOSE
\n The Spa Therapist is responsible for assessing guest needs, recommending appropriate treatments, delivering professional massages and therapies, and maintaining a superior spa environment aligned with luxury wellness standards. The role enhances guest satisfaction, emotional comfort and overall well -being during their stay.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
• Provide personalized consultation and advise guests on suitable treatments.
\n
• Select and deliver massages and therapies aligned with individual guest needs.
\n
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and products to ensure readiness prior to each appointment.
\n
• Maintain a calm, relaxing and appropriate environment for all treatments.
\n
• Operate in accordance with health, hygiene, safety and environmental regulations.
\n
• Configure, monitor and close spa installations, including water circuits and temperature settings.
\n
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their treatment experience.
\n
• Stay informed about all treatments, therapies, wellness programs and product offerings.
\n
• Report any suspicious or unusual activities immediately.
\n
• Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
\n
• Uphold impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
\nREQUIREMENTS
\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality wellness or spa, with at least 1 year in the luxury segment.
\n
• High attention to detail with speed, precision and organizational discipline.
\n
• Positive and professional attitude with ability to work under pressure.
\n
• High level of English and Spanish.
\n
• Relevant wellness/spa/therapy education or certification.
\n
• Legal right to work in Spain.
\n
• Mandatory: Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• 22.600€ gross annual salary
