Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent (Agente Inmobiliario) with Team Noel Picou at RE/MAX, based in Benidorm. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include marketing listings, conducting property tours, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date on real estate market trends. Time will be divided between the Benidorm office and remote work as needed.
Qualifications
* Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate practices
* Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions
* Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Familiarity with the real estate market in Benidorm and surrounding areas is an advantage
* Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus
