Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Pharma PPC / PDC and Chain Segment. This is a field-based role, open to candidates across Europe, preferably near an airport for travel within the region.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement BD strategies for PDC, PPC, and Chains to ensure profitable growth.
* Collaborate with regional teams to align objectives and market strategies.
* Guide and support sales partners to execute strategic plans effectively.
* Manage the shadow P&L for PPC and PDC businesses.
* Coordinate with platform representatives to develop a unified vision.
* Work with product teams to define and prioritize features based on market feedback.
* Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
* Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Prepare reports on business performance, including KPIs and financial metrics.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
* 7+ years in business development, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
* Experience managing professional and retail/chain channels across EMEA, with a focus on PDC and PPC preferred.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic execution.
* Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in revenue forecasting and pricing strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends.
* Experience working in matrix organizations with cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to travel within EMEA.
* Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and fluent in English.
