Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaker Málaga (start date: 22/09) | Alicante (start date: 29/09) Work in sunny Spain as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative! Responsibilities
* Support customers with mobile and home services (SIM, internet, TV setup).
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Identify opportunities for cross- and upselling.
Requirements
* Native-level Dutch (C2) + strong English (C1)
* Excellent communication & customer-oriented mindset
* Tech affinity and strong computer skills
* Commercial drive to spot and act on sales opportunities
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
* Availability: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–17:30
* Legal right to live and work in Spain
Offer
* Competitive salary: €2,040 gross / month (full-time)
* Bonus: up to 15% of your monthly salary
* Permanent contract with 2-month probation period
* 39 hours / week, Monday–Saturday shifts
* Hybrid work option after the first 3 months (upon approval)
