Data Analysis :
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to employee performance, engagement, and other HR metrics from various HR systems (HRIS, ATS, Snowflake, HR DataLake, engagement platforms, etc.). Conduct advanced statistical analysis, including regression, correlation, clustering, and hypothesis testing.Reporting :
Design and implement dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making across talent acquisition, retention, DEI, performance, rewards, and learning. Monitor and report on key HR KPIs and business outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with HR teams and business units to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored evidence-based solutions.Predictive Analytics :
Develop predictive models to identify trends and forecast future workforce needs.Employee Listening :
Create comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of employee needs and concerns.HR Data Champion :
Ensure the ethical, integrity, and accuracy of HR data, maintaining compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience in HR Analytics or a related field.Experience with HR data structures.Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Experience working with global survey tools, primarily Qualtrics.Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.G., SAP, SuccessFactors, HR DataLake, Snowflake, PEA, Qualtrics).Understanding of data governance, privacy, and legal frameworks.Relevant certifications in analytics, HR, or data science are a plus.Prior project experience involving predictive analytics or workforce planning is advantageous.Knowledge of R, Python, or SQL for advanced analytics is a plus.What We Offer
