Property Management Administrator / Chief of Operations

What you’ll actually do:
* Run day-to-day operations of our rental portfolio
* Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and owners without things falling apart
* Keep listings (Airbnb, Booking.com) accurate and optimised
* Handle documentation, processes, and compliance - properly
Your real job (core):
You take ownership of legal + administrative processes:
* Tourist licenses
* NRA registrations
* Digital certificates & Ayuntamiento systems
* Full compliance in Comunidad Valenciana
You don’t just "process things" - you understand how it works, fix gaps, and make it better.

* You are extremely organised (non‑negotiable)

* You take responsibility instead of waiting for instructions
* You are obsessed with improving how things work
* You’re comfortable dealing with bureaucracy and figuring things out
Requirements:
* Experience in property management / hospitality / rentals
* Understanding (or strong willingness to learn) CV rental regulations
* Fluent English & Spanish
* Driving license
