What are we looking for?We are looking for an
Android Architect, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Designing and Defining Architecture:
Creating the overall blueprint for Android applications, including the tech stack, components, and interactions.Technical Leadership:
Guiding the development team on best practices, architectural patterns, and modern Android development techniques.Code Reviews:
Enforcing code quality, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, and identifying potential issues.Performance Optimization:
Ensuring applications are performant, responsive, and resource efficient.Collaboration:
Working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, develop solutions, and integrate with other systems.Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of the latest Android technologies, frameworks, and best practices.Mentorship:
Providing guidance and support to other Android developers.Security:
Ensuring applications are designed and developed with security in mind.Scalability:
Ensuring applications can handle increased load and data volume as needed.Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving complex technical issues.Integration:
Facilitating integration with other systems, including APIs and third-party services.Documentation:
Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to the architecture and design.
What UST expects from you?10+ years of experience in development roles using Android. At least 2 years of experience as an Android Architect.Strong Android Development Experience:
Proficient in Kotlin and Java, with deep knowledge of Android SDK, architecture components, and design patterns.Architectural Expertise:
Experience with clean architecture, MVVM, MVP, or other relevant architectural patterns.Performance Optimization:
Familiarity with performance profiling tools and techniques.Testing:
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and Ul testing.Security:
Experience working in highly regulated sectors, such as bankingLeadership:
Experience mentoring and leading technical teams.Nice to have:
Experience with cloud (AWS).Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.
