Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and oversee local promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
* Support local and regional promotional programs for our co-branded Credit Card and increase the number of dual credit cardholders by promoting its benefits.
* Assist in the Annual Marketing Plan, including distributing campaign materials, communication, and staff training.
* Increase membership sign-ups to meet sales goals and uphold high standards of member-customer service, including handling new applications, renewals, refunds, and merchandise repairs.
* Manage a team of corporate sales, focusing on acquiring new members and supporting program follow-up.
* Achieve monthly renewal targets, analyze work methods to maximize productivity, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Communicate and track monthly goals, encouraging staff adherence to incentive programs.
* Ensure compliance with membership policies, report and correct violations.
* Follow procedures for opening and closing the Club as per checklists.
* Conduct department audits, prepare, and review reports.
* Manage monthly automatic charges for memberships and cardholders.
* Support the marketing plan with campaign material distribution, communication, and staff training.
* Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
* Administer the department budget efficiently and review quarterly objectives.
* Support sales and profit growth for the Club.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in retail.
