Where you will be in the organization The department / team: The HR Admin team at AXA GO serves a diverse population of approximately 2,800 employees across 10 countries, within the Group Operations Transformation division. The team is responsible for providing HR services, driving the industrialization and simplification of HR processes, and improving the employee experience.
Responsibilities Provide high-quality and efficient HR services through various channels (self-service, employee service desk, HR professionals), either directly or via entities.
Drive the industrialization, simplification and pooling of HR processes and tools; improve the employee experience.
In Spain, support one permanent employee working closely with HRBP teams locally.
Administrative management of personnel and payroll for AXA Group Operations Spain.
Interface with the payroll service of AXA Spain to control compliance and accuracy of payroll data; participate in coordination committees and monthly calls.
Respond to employee requests in collaboration with Shared Services as needed, ensuring excellent service.
Update HR information systems in line with procedures and ensure data quality.
Develop, analyze and continuously improve HR processes and dashboards; contribute to transversal HR projects.
Prepare communications related to administrative management for employees and the HR team.
Ensure first-level application of legal and regulatory provisions within the managed scope.
Manage onboarding and offboarding of internal employees to ensure a good employee experience.
Prepare HR reports.
Act as the primary contact for HR teams on administrative issues and regulatory provisions.
Expected Skills & Experience Position characteristics and challenges Administrative management of approximately 175 employees in an international environment.
Act as a contact for employees, managers, HR, payroll service, and sister entities to share best practices.
Be particularly responsive and able to work transversally.
Contribute to the proper functioning of the Shared Service model and improve/process documentation.
Respect deadlines and quality standards within the team and AXA GO.
Manage strictly confidential information.
Required skills and experience Good knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and payroll.
Microsoft Office 365
Understanding internal client needs and issues; results-oriented.
High level of autonomy and rigor.
Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and adaptability.
Good stress management and teamwork.
Proactive with change management and ability to manage complex projects.
Fluent in Spanish and good level of English; ability to manage confidential information.
You must have 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of local payroll solution (e.g., SuccessFactors).
