At ALTEN, we are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to strengthen the connection between our teams and enhance our corporate culture. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing communication strategies that foster transparency, engagement, and alignment with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Content writing for internal communication: Create clear, engaging, and consistent messages for internal channels.
* Coordination with international teams: Ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across global stakeholders.
* Organization of corporate events: Plan and execute events that promote employee engagement and company values.
* Preparation of reports and KPI tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
Your profile
* Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related
* Expert in Digital Communication
* 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role (an experience in an international environment is a plus)
* Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp or Brevo.
* Experience in organising corporate events
* Proficient level of Spanish and English
* Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as good synthesising skills
* Excellent project management skills
* High attention to details
* Public relations skills to adapt to different departments and different audiences
