Support in the generation and execution of mandates for the corporate finance (M&A, ECM and SFS) area from our targeted clients, interacting when appropriate with other areas of the bank in Spain and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of the execution of deals
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
Market analysis
Strategic and financial company analysis
Modelling and valuation (business plan operating model, DDM, DCF, LBO, etc.)
Idea generation, selling CACIB as a trusted advisor, marketing of deals and helping teams in pitches to targeted clients
Relationship and teamwork with bankers from Paris and internationally, with senior bankers in general, and with other departments within the bank for appropriate coordination and cross selling to the clients
Deal execution and organization of due diligence efforts coordinating CACIB's team and the client's team in these processes
Ensuring total quality commitment and adherence to highest professional standards, confidentiality and best practices
Constant communication with selected clients, within the team, and with the Directors
Participate in recruiting and training of new hires
Qualifications / Education Required
Academic Credentials: Top university degree, graduating top of the class from internationally recognized School.
Experience Required
Relevant work experience in top tier investment bank or advisory house with experience in the Spanish market. Origination and execution experience in Spanish large and medium sized M&A deals: buy‐side, sell‐side, mergers, both domestically and cross‐border with other jurisdictions.
Ability to manage work time and resources efficiently in order to meet various obligations and responsibilities at a time
Professionalism and oral and written communication skills, necessary to represent the Bank in front of a client and convey messages concisely
