Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver exceptional on-tour experiences. This involves focusing on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to uphold Collette's brand standards.
Tour Manager performance is the primary driver of an excellent on-tour experience. We strive to have the best Tour Managers in the industry, setting the bar high for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy that supports business growth by sourcing top candidates to meet our brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve the training strategy to cater to individual and team needs through various training models, on-the-road coaching, and briefings. Assist in resolving issues for Tour Managers when necessary and support the planning of the annual TM Collaboration Meeting.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback. Identify training opportunities and resources to enhance performance.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the regional team to support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support Tour Managers on the road, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.

Knowledge and Skills:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
