As a Factory Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at our manufacturing facilities. You will provide hands-on technical support at the factory test bench, ensuring proper execution of functional tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and validating system performance before customer delivery.

You will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Contract Manufacturers to ensure products are tested according to technical specifications and project requirements.

Provide technical support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at the manufacturing test bench.
Coordinate and ensure correct execution of functional, electrical, and system validation tests.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues detected during testing, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions.
Review and validate test procedures and technical documentation prior to FAT execution.
Act as technical interface between Engineering and Production during testing activities.
Ensure that systems meet project technical specifications before shipment.
Support continuous improvement of test processes and factory validation workflows.
Technical support to quality area.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in industrial equipment testing, commissioning, or factory validation activities.
Knowledge of power electronics, electrical systems, or industrial control systems.
English level (B2 or higher).
Hands-on mindset and ability to work in a dynamic factory environment.
Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) or Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Familiarity with power converters, inverters, or industrial electrical equipment.
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers or production environments.
Knowledge of test protocols, validation procedures, or commissioning processes.
