WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a SSA DCM Associate, you will be an integral part of a growing franchise covering both domestic and international public sector clients, facilitating their access to global capital markets.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
1. Supporting and assuming direct coverage of Santander’s SSA issuance client base
2. Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials across various mediums
3. Working directly with the Madrid, London, and NY-based DCM teams
4. Collaborating with Syndicate, Sales and trading, Risk Solutions Group, Strategy, and other stakeholders across the global platform
5. Co-ordinating analysis of the core markets in which we operate (predominantly EUR, USD, GBP, LATAM) and presenting ideas to clients
6. Identifying appropriate funding solutions for Santander’s SSA issuance client base
EXPERIENCE
7. Ideally up to four years of experience covering the European and/or Global SSA clientbase
EDUCATION
8. University degree level
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
9. Powerpoint, Excel etc
10. Bloomberg
11. Fluency of English and fluency/working knowledge of Spanish is essential

12. Business travel, on a regular basis, can be expected
