Specializing in generic medicines, OTC products, and hospital specialties, it also drives the development of biosimilars, positioning itself as a global leader in healthcare.
We are currently looking for a Freelance Salesforce Platform Owner to join their team.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Coordinate all activities related to commercial IT platforms in Germany.
* Act as the main technical liaison with internal and external teams (Austria and Eastern Europe).
* Manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and CustomerTimes applications (CT Mobile, CT Pharma, CT Order).
* Lead technical requirements gathering and implementation with external vendors.
* Ensure integration with SAP ERP and collaborate with global IT teams.
* Oversee quality through the German Quality Gate and coordinate functional testing.
* Support user, territory, and promotion management processes.
What profile are we looking for?
* Solid experience in Salesforce platform management and coordination of external teams.
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in technical project management and familiarity with SAP processes.
* German language skills will be an advantage.
